Seems to be windmills all along the north coast of the Philippines but Bangui is know as the windmill city. My driver took me there and I took this photo on a windy and rainy day. It was raining as I took this picture. As I write this entry this area of the Philippines is being battered by Typhoon Mangkhut in a direct hit of a cat 5 storm. I wonder if the windmills survived.
