I went to Rio de Janeiro in February 2019 for 2 weeks. I loved this trip because I'M familiar with the city and am able to speak Portuguese making it more fun than ever to be in a foreign country. This is my apartment in Copacabana. Centrally located and close to the beach. It was on rua Barrao de Ipanema. I paid 2000 reals for 2 weeks or about $39. per day in US currency. It was air conditioned, TV, kitchen, microwave, washing machine, fridge, wifi, and a bathroom with hot water!
